The ticket price covers your entry into the Festival, a souvenir wine glass and access to all the amazing entertainment, wine and food options available in our fabulous riverside setting throughout the day.  Any food and wine that you enjoy during the Festival needs to be purchased over and above.

This will be a cash only event; however, there will be a cashout facility.

No pets are allowed on-site during the event.

Yes it is; however, it is a licensed event, so parents and guardians must ensure that all children are fully supervised at all times.

You are welcome to bring your own chairs and picnic blankets in.
Handheld umbrellas are welcome – no need for large shade umbrellas!

We've got you covered with an additional and very spacious marquee going up on-site for extra shelter.

No outside food or beverages are allow in the festival. There will however be 9 amazing restaurants on site offering a great selection of food so you will have plenty to choose from.

Come sun or showers, our fantastic festival featuring wine, food, and entertainment will take place at our naturally sheltered site. We will post regular updates through our social media channels in the leadup to the event so that you can be prepared for the weather and dress accordingly for a great time!

In the unlikely event that conditions on the planned date, November 25th, are deemed too bad that it poses a safety risk, the event will be postponed to the following day, Sunday, November 26th.

We will closely monitor the weather in collaboration with our advisors and exhibitors throughout the event week. Weather forecasts can be unpredictable, but if a decision is made to move the event to the postponement date (Sunday, November 26th), it will be announced no later than 9am on Saturday, November 25th. While we aim to provide sufficient notice, our intention is for the event to proceed as planned for everyone to enjoy.

The event will only be cancelled if it is deemed unsafe for the festival site. In such a scenario, full ticket refunds will be offered to attendees. Your safety is our priority, and we want to ensure everyone has a fantastic and secure experience.
